Gentle Self-Inquiry Meditation

$20.00Each week you’ll gently step into self-inquiry. Exploring and inquiring into ‘who you are’, beyond the identification with the day to day highs and lows. We’ll meditate using various forms of self-inquiry practices. We’ll engage, discuss and sit in present awareness with what is, as another practice.
This session is a gentle yet direct approach to returning to the Beingness that you are and experiencing the joy of simply being. The flow, aliveness and freedom of resting as You, without limitations.
This group is for you if you meditate but are new to Self-Inquiry practices and are keen to dive into them slowly, or if you’re experienced and just want to sit and meditate with a group.
This is a 1 hour session.
