Community Meditation & Mindfulness – Weekly @ 7:00pm Tuesday Evenings

Each Tuesday evening you’re invited to explore meditation and mindfulness. This is a small group of people coming together to learn about and explore meditation experientially. To deepen their felt understanding of themselves and live more easefully in the world.

Week to week the meditation and mindfulness practices vary, with two practices experienced each week, one brief practical take home practice and one longer practice between 20 – 30 minutes.

Practices range from heartfelt allowing of the moment as it is, to body relaxation, breath meditations, mantra, chanting, sound meditation and visualisation.

A range of practices is explored to support participants find those that resonate, to assist further practice outside of the sessions.

There is a deep honouring of the ancient wisdom traditions along the journey, with stories, poetry and quotes regularly shared and invited into meditation.

All are welcome here. Your whole self, just as you are, is welcomed and embraced. You are invited to explore and rest gently, unfolding the heart of you.

Cost is $20 payable on the evening via cash/card.

Chairs, cushions, mats and blankets supplied, or bring your own.
