Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation 4 Week Course

$50.00Classes provide support for participants to engage with, learn and integrate meditation and mindfulness into their everyday life. Practicing mindfulness regularly may lead to reduced stress, increased energy and enhanced overall well-being.
Each class goes for 1.5 hours, with one class each week. Classes support beginners and experienced meditators.
A key to these classes is the creation of a safe, caring, supportive space to allow participants to engage and open to the practice more readily.
The program incorporates 6 guided mindfulness meditations to keep in mp3 format, a journal and a mindfulness practice book.
During the final session participants will share lovely food and experience mindful eating and communicating, learning how to use mindfulness in everyday situations and places.
