Relaxation & Mindfulness Meditation

$20.00Meditation has profound benefits for the physical body and mind, through triggering the relaxation response. It returns the body to pre-stress levels and so reduces stress and its debilitating effects.
This group will be focused on relaxation meditation, as well as mindfulness.
Mindfulness is a beautiful technique for moving in the world in present awareness, for seeing that thoughts and emotions are OK and are here to be held in awareness and allowed to move through. This practice makes meditation accessible even with a busy mind and for those people who feel they don’t have enough time to meditate
This is a 1 hour session.
