Each week you’ll step into self-inquiry. Exploring and inquiring into ‘who you are’, beyond identification with the day to day highs and lows. We’ll meditate using various self-inquiry meditation practices. We’ll also engage, discuss and sit in present awareness with what is.
This session is a supportive yet direct approach to returning to the Beingness that you are and experiencing the joy of simply being. The flow, aliveness and freedom of resting as You, without limitations.
This group is for you if you meditate but are new to Self-Inquiry meditation and are keen to dive into them slowly, or if you’re experienced and just want to sit and meditate with a group.
This is a 1 hour 15 minute session.
