We invite you to this very special one day retreat for deeply exploring and resting as your essential nature. You’ll be prompted by brief direct questioning and guidance and deep immersive silence in a space of alive, compassionate presence. A space for exploring and resting without adding anything, without needing to find or achieve anything. Simply exploring and resting as the depth of You, already whole and complete.
What would it be like to explore more deeply your essential nature in a nurturing compassionate space? To explore who you are beyond (yet not separate from) thoughts, beliefs, emotions and sensations? To simply rest as being.
This retreat is a supportive yet direct approach for recognizing, exploring and resting as the ground of being. The flow, aliveness and freedom of resting as You, without limitations.
“Wow! Pulling an existential one-two punch on the nature of consciousness, Tim and Wendy deliver a powerful deep dive into the nature of reality. Wendy’s expert “The Work” facilitation on core beliefs complemented perfectly with Tim’s non-dual meditations. Highly recommended for anybody who wants to go deep within.”
